Dental Procedures can be intimidating. Even when you get local Anesthesia, you may still not remember all the care instructions provided. We assist you to rest and heal up quickly after such procedures.

• We can help with transportation to and from the facility.

• We can pick up prescriptions and navigate issues with the provider. For example, there was a recent case of an office prescribing 100 pills of oxycodone instead of 10. The pharmacy wouldn't fill it. The person was in excruciating pain and having to deal with the pharmacy and the office was a frustrating experience. We know to look for these things and verify them before leaving the office and in the worst case, we are the ones on the phone navigating it, not you. 

• Suctioning! I carry a portable suction and make getting rid of secretions easy and thereby increasing your comfort

• Giving medications on schedule

• Monitoring and Changing the gauze packing as needed

• We help with feeding, ensuring you have the right kinds of food.

• Suctioning: Don't you love it when you are told you cannot spit in a situation where saliva keeps pooling in your mouth? Care includes having an portable suction to suction your mouth and increasing your comfort. 

• Changing Gauze and positions. 

• Reinforcing post-op care instructions so you can be comfortable to do it on your own when we are gone.
